Wild Blue Acres is available to rent for a relaxing getaway, family vacation, or reunion. Our waterfront home sits just steps from the water, offering breathtaking panoramic views, spectacular sunsets, and beautiful sunrises.
Your stay includes exclusive access to both the main house and our charming two-bedroom guesthouse, located just 50 yards away. A complimentary golf cart is provided for added convenience as you explore the property. Renting both homes together ensures complete privacy for your group and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a small additional pet fee.

The Waterfront House
This expansive two-level waterfront home, built in 2011, blends modern comfort with thoughtful design — including elevator access for added convenience.
On the main level, you’ll find a spacious primary suite with a private en suite bath, along with an open-concept living area designed for gathering. The gourmet kitchen features a generous island perfect for morning coffee or evening appetizers, flowing seamlessly into the dining space and relaxed sitting area. Two sliding glass doors open to the main porch, where outdoor dining and lounge seating overlook the water — an ideal setting for sunset dinners and slow coastal mornings.
Upstairs, two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms and an adjoining sleeping porch with twin beds share a large, well-designed bathroom. The upper level also features a dramatic great room with soaring wood ceilings, complete with a pool table, oversized sectional, 65" smart TV, and a curated selection of board games. Two sliding glass doors lead to the upper balcony, offering sweeping panoramic water views that truly steal the show.
The Guesthouse
The guesthouse is the first home you’ll see as you enter through the tree-lined drive — welcoming you with open views of the blueberry fields and surrounding pastures.
Inside, the home offers two thoughtfully designed bedrooms: a romantic couple’s suite with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed, both overlooking the fields for peaceful morning views. The spa-inspired bathroom features a classic clawfoot soaking tub positioned to take in views of the orchard.
The spacious kitchen is well-equipped for gathering and entertaining, complete with double ovens and a gas range. Sliding glass doors open onto a generous attached deck, where you’ll enjoy elevated views of the bonfire area and surrounding landscape — ideal for morning coffee listening to the songbirds.
On the lower level, a game room offers a playful retreat, featuring a pinball machine, air hockey, foosball table, and TV. An attached full bath with a walk-in spa shower adds both convenience and comfort.
