WILD BLUE ACRES

Once a soybean field, this 20 acre property located on the expansive waters of Albemarle Sound was slowly transformed into a secluded piece of paradise.

Wild Blue Acres is about an hour and a half (or a 40 minute boat ride) from the Outer Banks, an hour from Norfolk, Virginia, and 2.5 hours from Raleigh.

We named the property Wild Blue because she represents us; a little wild and unruly, but full of life and love.

The blueberry field sits on 3 acres and hosts a variety of blueberries, which ripen at different times throughout the summer season from the end of May to Mid August.

They are mature bushes, some at least 20 years old.

The berry field is currently going through a multi-year renovation process, as it had been left unmanaged for many years.

Cheers friends,

Lindsay and Ed Bennett
